My Microsoft 535 freezes each time I receive a message, call or whatsapp

Hello ciber friends,

A few days ago mi Microsoft 535 started to freeze each time I receive a message, call or whatsapp. I have reset the phone at least two times with no luck. What could the problem be? Will it help to reinstall the software? Any suggestions or comments?

try getting a replacement sim card, maybe the sim has an issue
