There is a bug in Build 10572 that prevents it from upgrading from Build 10536. Gabe Aul at MS already posted in Twitter that it will be necessary to downgrade to Windows 8.1 via the Microsoft Device Recovery Tool before you can upgrade to Build 10572. You can also wait for about a week or so and a newer build will be released that you can upgrade to. Either way, you cannot upgrade to the current build (10572) from build 10536.
