Why is my home screen not opening?

I have L540 with Windows 10 in it. I performed factory reset. Everything was absolutely fine. Then updated all the apps. But surprisingly instagram was not available. It showed check hardware requirements. So i thought to reboot the phone, accordingly I did it. But now phone just stuck at lock screen, even clock is not appearing. I did many reboots hard reset but did not work. What to do?

you can use windows device recovery tool to restore your phone to windows phone 8.1 and then upgrade again to windows 10
