There's no official way to do so.
But, if you're comfortable playing around with the Windows Phone SDK and sideloading apps, there are a couple of apps available to do this for you.
Though remember, you can be stuck in a boot loop if something goes wrong. There is a reason why Microsoft locks these features down!
