I just broke my phone and need replacement, but I don't have enough money and I can only afford low end phone. Sadly Lumia 550/650 that can play HEVC on chip is not officially available in my country.
There was a few apps that can play HEVC using software encoding: Metro Video Player, CCPlayer, VLC, etc.
I was using Lumia 625, when I tried to open HEVC video with those apps, the sound is normal but video is lag and freezing, like 1 frame every 15 second.

I just need to know if Lumia with SD200 can play it or not.
Would you be kind to do some tests for me? If you need some samples:

Sample HEVC 30fps 1MBps (1.9MB) - main test file that I wanted to know if the phones can play it

Sample HEVC 30fps 5MBps (8.8MB) - HQ test file, optional secondary test file

Sample HEVC 60fps 10MBps (17.5MB) - optional HD test file

I would be happy if Lumia 540/535/532 can play it because I wanted to buy 540. Or if it can't maybe I would buy 550 from local market that sell secondhand import phones (importing a brand new 550 will cost twice the price that I can't afford).

4K video playback is very processor intensive even on computer, not to say on low end smartphones, it drains almost twice the phone battery as compared to a 2K display. Another important factor is that 4K videos require more storage:
-30 seconds of 4K will tak approximately 188MB
-60 seconds takes up 375MB
-5 minutes takes up 19GB
-10 minutes takes up 4GB
-30 minutes takes up 12GB

Therefore, it would be much ideal for you to compress 4K video to 1080p with smaller file size for smooth playback.

It will be an easy thing to play HD video on phone (Lumia, Samsung, Xiaomi) as long as you find the right software.
Generally speaking, HD video can't be played on the phone directly, so, we need to convert HD video to MP4 format. The MP4 is popular among mobile devices.
