How to Reset My Lumia 550 Phone

I have Lumia 550 windows phone.
But I don't know how to reset this phone's.
So please help me!!

Hard reset - settings, system, then you will see 'about' in the list. Go there, scroll down and there is a button reset your phone.

Soft reset - power and Vol down. You will see the feedback screen. Don't worry keep holding buttons until phone vibrates. Phone will restart
