No signal problem, how can I solve it?

No signal problem

Since three days i'm getting No signal icon on mobile network. i have tried different SIM cards still no signal i cant make calls or sms.All SIM cards i tested works fine with other phones. I received this device from my friend it worked fine for about one week, suddenly the problem started. I set the network mode into automatic but still cant pick the network even i choose it manually.
What i have done to solve the problem?
First i updated to latest version of windows 10.0.10586.107.
Second i hard reset and
Last i use windows phone repair tool but problem still continues. I am windows phone fan, i like windows devices as its windows i used everyday. Does anyone has this problem and how he fixed it or i should wait for Microsoft to fix this issue?

I am from Tanzania, The mobile network i'm using is Zantel TZ

Hmm, it could be a hardware fault. Did your friend use it on the same network you are using now?

Yes he used it in the same network i am using, the signal comes just few seconds then it disappears

just restore phone and then not showing signal then go to customer care
