Hello and thank you for reading this message.

On my Lumia 550 there are two issues, and a question. Can you help please?

1) When I go to Outlook Mail, which is linked to my work account, there are blank e-mails in the inbox arriving from "none" and subject "no subject". I cannot open the e-mail but I can delete it, soon after which another one arrives.

2) I asked Cortana by voice to make a calendar entry. But the entry was made as a birthday. If I click on the entry, the only options are to select a colour code, but there is no delete option.

3) I have Norton Internet Security on my PC. A reminder keeps telling me that it can also be installed on my phone. I looked into this previously and was told that the phone is a closed system so that there is no need for an internet security app. Is that right?

Thank you again for reading, and for your help.

Hi,

1. I'm guessing this only happens on the phone? can you see a similar email when logging in through a browser? (pc)

2. What if you add sth manually? same or different?

3. WP 8 and 8.1 were pretty safe, because apps were sandboxed. Windows Mobile 10 is still 'safe' as far as I know. So a AV program isn't necessarily needed.
