urgent: store issue

Please help, i received my lumia 640xl from orange today. But unfortunately my store is stuck on the French store (im in south Africa). I've tried everything, all my settings are set to my country. On the store it's also set to use my location but still its French. I say this because I can't get my local app. So how do i change the store to show my region. Thanks
