Why does my Lumia 640 XL restart whenever I open an app and use the keyboard?

My Lumia 640 XL restarts whenever I open an app and use the keyboard

Its just like I open Facbook, Internet Explorer and when I want to type and open the keyboard it crashes and restarts.

Try performing a hard reset or restore the firmware using Windows Phone Recovery Tool. This looks more like a software issue. Remove your SIM card and microSD card before starting the process. Also format your SD card on a PC (if possible) on the exFAT format.
