How can I revert back my Windows 640 xl to Windows 8 from Windows 10?

i cant revert back my 640 xl windows 10 to 8

i am using widows device recovery software but it just keeping reading the device information......doesnt move forward then....

try deleting and reinstalling software also turn your phonr off then connect to pc see if it recognises it

also, try a different USB cable or different USB port.

usb cable is perfect......the result is same....

If you are sure that usb cabel is not broken, so try to remove sd card from your phone. If that didn't worked try to insert usb cable to another usb port.

I think one of the way is to hard reset your phone. You can do that in settings, about. If you did that, so I'm not sure what to do else.
