Why am I unable to set a lock screen pin code?

Unable to set a lock screen pin code

hello

I wonder is someone can help, I have a Microsoft 640xl which has upgraded to Windows 10. I am trying to set a lock screen pin code but when I go to add a code it just returns the message "oops something went wrong"

I have restarted, done a soft and hard reset but it is still there

Any ideas anyone?

The updates are done, right? You should be on OS build 10586.318
