Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.338, how can I fix an issue?

Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.338

Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.338 is awsome build except one issue.
When i connect my charger in my lumia 640 XL. It's charging properly but my charger is heat up quickly & i feel that it would be burn after install this build.
Anybody face same issue?

I have problems with hotspot on lumia 535 with this build, when i want to turn on hotspot it just say connecting then automaticly turn off itself, to resolhe this every time i need to restar phone and try again ...
