Lumia 640 XL insane battery drain

Two days ago, out of the blue, my Lumia 640 XL battery is draining really fast like 1% per 1 or 2 minutes. I haven't download any new app or doing anything differently and I'm not aware of any recent update and the cellphone has not taken any kind of physical damage recently. This is happening either my cellphone is being used (I mostly use Whatsapp, Instagram and Messenger) or not. Yeah this crazy drain rate is also happening with my screen off and no app running. I tried some few tricks from Microsoft forum but none of them worked.

Check Battery in settings, which app(s) are showing the most usage? Try setting them to never allowed in background and maybe do a soft reset, too. If that doesn't work, then uninstall the app(s) temporarily if you can. System apps such as mail and Edge can't be uninstalled. Last resort is a hard reset.
