Yes wifi calling will be supported on this device also if will be running off windows 10 it will be the 1st android phone on the market to have it. Ohh an who ever posted the tech specs check your info, cuz out of the 8gbs you will only have a cess to like 6.5 or 5.5 due to pre-downloaded apps.., DUHH! But it is expandable up to 128gbs tho so that's cool, it will be priced highly competitive an will be priced higher than $99.99 at T-Mobile stores I could go for days with more spoilers but I've said enough

The 640 isn't an Android phone. (and Windows 10 won't be ready for phones for a while)

The usable storage - 6-5 GB - being significantly less than the advertised space - 8 GB - is the norm. See any other phone or mobile device
