Generic Question about my 2 Lumias + contacts on one drive

Just bought a 640. Now have two phones, 640 + 630. For back up one-drive needs a different email acct for each.
Is it possible to recover the contacts on the 630 to install on the 640?

**I caught a glimpse of part of an article awhile back that one can drag contacts from an old Nokia onto a new Lumia via bluetooth, but haven't found the link again, nor found an App.

you can log in with single MS account on both phones, first sync your contacts on old phone with MS account, then sync them on new phone.
you can also backup and restore whole device backup with this way

I think it should be already preinstalled in 640?

I never used any phone migration apps
when I moved from HTC 8s to L640 I did whole device backup and then restored it on 640, it restored almost all settings (contacts, wifi passwords, start screen arrangement,...) and saved me many hours of doing it manually

Just get a Transfer my data app from WP store, connect to your old phone and the app will guide you trough. No need for installing the app on the other phone.
