How to take off data from phone (Lumia 640) ?

My phone's inner glass has broken. When i connect the phone to PC message pops up "charging-only mode. do you want to use data connection?" Unfortunately touch is not working and i haven't set USB cable connection on auto mode. Phone memory and SD card both have data. When i removed SD card and inserted in other device, Camera Roll folder showed empty icon. How to take off data from my both memories?

You should be able to access any data on the SD card, except for apps stored there.

As for the phone, unless we can get that display fixed, you're in trouble. However, photos and videos would have likely been uploaded/backed up to OneDrive, so check there as well.
