How to enable Work Contacts from Exchange ActiveSync to Text/SMS
Hi Guys,
I have a Nokia Lumia 640LT, which I plan to roll out for a number of users within our business.
Like the phone, its fine for what we need. However, one major flaw is that upon Syncing the Contacts from Exchange, those who are classed under "Work Contacts" in Outlook for example, means that I can not text them, unless they are set to "Mobile" Contacts. If I go to say "John Smith" in contacts, he is under a Work number, so doesn't allow me to text him, only call him.
Does anyone know a way of syncing the phone with Work numbers, to enable them to text/SMS?
Kind Regards
Paul
