Why does my Lumia 640 dual sim phone reboot while playing videos?

Lumia 640 dual sim phone reboots while playing video

I am using Lumia 640 running Windows 8.1 with all latest update installed. The problem is, when I play a video (from SD card or online), the phone screen freezes for a few seconds and then reboots with a vibration. I tried resetting the phone and even reinstalling software using Windows Device Recovery Tool, but the problem is still there. Any solution?

This is an interesting issue. I must ask, are you playing video from an app, or from the web browser? Or is this video sent in an MMS?

I am playing video from the in-built Video app, web browser and from other third party apps too.
