I keep losing signal
I have two phones, the Lumia 640 and a Samsung phone. The Lumia phone I use Ptel as my provider (they use tmobile) for personal phone and my Samsung I use Tmobile for work. Since last night, my Lumia phone keeps losing signal every few minutes for a second or two and than it'll come back. This has been occurring non stop for a good 15 hours now. I've never really had any problems with my service from Ptel or Tmobile for a year now, and it's just a chilly sunny day in Maryland, no wind etc.
I thought the the problem was coming from Ptel, so I switched the sims in my phone, and the Ptel sim now doesn't do it in my Samsung phone and my Tmobile doesn't do it in my Lumia phone. I'm kind of stunned what the problem is, because that seems to me mean its not the carrier. Anybody have any ideas? I like my Lumia phone, I just don't understand why I keep losing signal for a second or two every minute.
