Process for putting normal version of W10M on Lumia 640 that has insider preview

I got a Lumia 950, and gave my mum my Lumia 640. She is coming from Android, so wanted her to try out the phone before getting rid of her old one. I have put the insider build of W10M on it but want to roll it back to the normal version (if it's out yet). Does anyone know what the process for this will be? I imagine I will need to remove it from insider program (using the app), roll it back to WP8.1 and then upgrade to W10M.

Also, anyone know if W10 is out yet for the 640? Its an unlocked phone.

Not out yet, and the latest version of the Insider release is the same as on retail 950 anyway. You can download the recovery tool and roll it back to 8.1 if you like.
