How can I disable the recovery key for my AT&T Microsoft Lumia 640?

have already hard reset phone an have no way of knowing recovery key

1)Login to account.live.com using your Microsoft account.
2)click on security and privacy.Further click on more security settings.
3)See the option called Replace recovery code and click on that. here you will get get your newly generated recovery code.
