lumia 640 motion data not working
I have a Lumia 640. Build 10586.430.
I noticed Motion Data is not working. It is enabled and showing Apps that are enabled to use it. Microsoft Health and Fitbit are still not registering any Steps.
I've tried Soft reset and Hard Reset multiple times.
I have updated all Apps and Tools in Extras.
I've uninstalled Microsoft Health, Fitbit and downloaded again.
In the list of devices within Microsoft health my phone is not showing. Only Microsoft Band....
I also tried removing Lumia Motion Data and installing it from the Store. But when I do this
I am unable to install it again. I see these messages:
"This app is not compatible with your device"
"This App needs hardware that your device doesn't have".
The only way to get Lumia Motion Data back is to hard reset again. However the step counter still does not work.
My phone used to register steps before the upgrade to Windows 10.
Is there an easy fix?
