I'm wondering where the note button went in cortona that helped you quickly identify music. Any help would be great!

Yeah, though it's gotten an extra step. If you have a phone with "Hey Cortana," say it and the button appears on the top right. If not, press the search button, click on the microphone, and again, the button appears on the top right.

    Hope this helps!

Go into Cortana. Hit the microphone, and then tap the musical note icon in the top right of the screen".

Or ask Cortana "what song is playing now?"
