OMG that's exciting. Manually checked for the Update, and downloading now French Lumia 950 XL Dual Sim unlocked... Really hoping the reboots are fixed

Still 10586.0 in US. No 10586.29 update even hard reset.

So far so good, seems the SD card problems are gone, no more restarts, at least so far... I test more tomorrow

Guys, is there anyone here who is an Insider who HAS received this firmware update?

I suspect Insiders are not getting the update for some reason. Error on MS part maybe. I tweeted Gabe about it today, no reply yet.

I was running 10.0.10586.36 on my 950 xl in Australia. This update has downgraded my phone to 10.0.10586.29 and broken the operation of the lock button.

Are you sure? This is not an OS update, this is only a firmware update. I don't think you could have been on .36 as this has no way of modifiying the OS in any way.

Of course not, you can't downgrade the OS without flashing the device.

Earlier this year, when the 535 received a new firmware, I had to revert back to 8.1 to receive the FW update (Insider build was blocking the OTA update). Nothing new, I'm not surprised Insiders are not getting the firmware update.

It may be area you are in. I have only seen Europe and AUS no US yet. It was also said it was staggered and Carrier dependent.

Firmware updates have to be approved by carriers in order to release because there are radio changes involved in them. So probably AT&T 950's will get it later than unlocked ones.

Just install Windows Device Recovery Tool.
It will find the FW-Update. My 950xl still not find it. The tool will.

Just checked this, no luck for the Dual SIM version here in the US. Maybe someone else has some luck here in the states.
