    I used the Lumia Offers app to redeem my Display Dock. I opened it today to redeem the O365 offer and I am getting the attached error. I have verified I am signed in with my account that I always use. Anyone else seeing this? I'm wondering if the new build is causing the issue.

    Follow up: I contacted Microsoft Support and they opened a case for me. They were unable to resolve the issue on the chat session. I have seen other report the error but after trying multiple times it works. It's possible their servers are just overloaded but so far I still can't get it to work. If I do I will report back.

    "Thank you. I will now be endorsing the case to our Service Recovery Team for further investigation. Please expect a call or e-mail from one of our case managers within 48-96 business hours."

    Not sure if they did anything to fix it or not but it just worked for me and I was able to redeem the offer. The Verification error went away and I made it to the final screen of the redemption and started getting various other error codes and to try again. Clicking that took me back to the previous screen instead of closing the app. After about 8 attempts, it finally gave me a confirmation.

    I've tried about a dozen now and still getting the same error.

    I kept getting an unknown error every time I tried all morning... tried again tonight and it worked. I got the email and still have to activate it, but I am pretty happy getting a free year when I purchased my 640, and now another free year out of the blue from Microsoft. Thanks Microsoft!!!! With the free dock and the free year of 365 personal, the 950XL is turning out to be a pretty good deal! And it is the best phone I have ever had on top of that.
