    I'm currently on 10586.63. I received it last week from the Fast Ring when I first joined my phone into the program. It came with two updates. I believe one was the actual build for 63 and I'm guessing the other was the configuration update that had recently come out at the time. In any case, I can't see any new updates. I've went from Fast Ring to Production back to Fast. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Insider. I made sure Insider was fully up to date. I've done all I can think of. Is there anything else to try other than resetting my phone (which I'm not opposed to, i just don't have the opportunity at the moment, plus I'd rather it be the last option to fix something)?

    Hi, Gabe Aul has mentioned about using the Windows Device Recovery Tool to reset the phone and to try the update again.
    He responded to a user who described the same scenario.

    Got it. Maybe when I get home tonight. My only problem is I have two machines right now, one with the Recovery Tool and one with an internet connection and they don't currently overlap. I unfortunately can't install Recovery Tool onto the other either. But I'll give it a go.
