Yes I had to perform a hard reset to get it working again

Did you go to settings=>system=>phone and check if voice recorder is enabled?

yes,,,, now it's working,
didn't know it turned off I thought they deleted this feature after update

I go to phone settings and under the app selection for recording phone calls, it says I have no compatible apps.

I've check for app updates with no success.
A few people have said its fixed itself with no elaboration on if they had done any steps prior to it magically fixing itself.

Seems I only have a normal non-magical L950.
Anyone able to shed some light on this for me?

Well the only thing sorted it for me was a hard reset!

Seems to be an issue occasionally after an update where a restart is needed (including where sim settings have changed... or something to that effect).

After the initial restart, check the recording app option, then if not there, restart the phone again, has always come back for me.
Not using preview builds on my L950
