Why can't I upgrade my 950xl?

can't upgrade

I am stuck in .107 build because I keep getting the notification that my data connection is roaming, or that my connection is roaming. I need to make this update before I can upgrade to the fast ring insider. Please help - No matter where I am I'm getting this roaming message.

I'm sorry didn't see open notification in my email of your response. I finally got it and yes, it was the Wi-Fi. And the big hallelujah is. I have visual voicemail!!!���� now if I could just get her to stop making a new sentence out of nowhere. I'll be happy. Thanks so much for your response I really appreciate it and you are totally right.
