problem during install last fast ring build

i downloaded the update, and when the gears screen was finished, a sad face appear, but when install builds from slow ring it works fine. i have a lumia 950xl

You will need to use WDRT and roll back to the last release build. When you download Windows Device Recovery Tool, if you don't already have it, the safe bet is to download from Microsoft, rather than a third party. Open it, connect your phone and if you can power it down. Once it vibrates WDRT should pick it up. If not, click the device not found button.
