Groove Music Error -- HELP!!

I am running OS Build 10.0.10586.218 and Firmware 01078.00038.16082.36005

The built in Groove Music app is not recognizing my subscription and is giving me the error Can't Play and 0xc101a3ff and then subsequently it tells me I cannot download any songs as I don't have the rights!

Everything was working perfectly before this upgrade, can someone help?
 
Hi Manu! I would get that error from to time prior to OS 218. After uploading 218, (and now on 242), groove music has been working perfectly.

When I did have that error, the only I could get past it was to go the store and search for groove music pass. When I did that, it would say that I have a subscription and then I would click on open groove muisic from the link in the store..for some reason, the app is not logging you in
 
Tried that and it is still not working :(. How did you get on 248? Maybe I should upgrade and try...
 
The only way right now to get OS 242 is to join the Windows insider program, and select preview release ring, (not the fast or slow rings). The phone after it reboots will automatically begin to download 242.

I just remembered that before I upgraded to OS 218, I did a reset of the phone because of the trouble I was having with the photo app and groove music.

I did a clean install not using my backup. Ever since I did that, and then installed OS 218, I haven't had any issues with the phone, (other than replacing my original battery 2 weeks ago).

App wise, after the clean install every thing worked as it was supposed to.
 
I did a WDRT clean install as it did a firmware upgrade first...I am forced to join the Windows Insider program, this phone is my daily driver and need extreme reliability :(
