Just wonder if anybody has been posting to ms Technet forums using ms phone. How did it work for you? I for one can only create a title. The message content never gets keyboard.

what OS version are you on? And which browser are you using?

Is there more than one on Windows 10 mobile? To make it easier it has never worked. Even on Lumia 920 with Windows 8.

there is the default edge browser
UC browser which is my preferred browser
Opera mini

In edge browser, try toggling between desktop and mobile modes
In UC browser, you can have speed mode on or off which brings different layouts
