I have changed a password for my Google mail account. I have removed the account and I am trying adding it back. After finishing adding it I am getting to this screen:

Not sure what to do next. The account is not appearing anywhere.

Thanks

Right now the add google account is broken. There are 3 workarounds until it's fixed though.

To add your Google account on your Windows Phone, please follow the steps below:

01. Go to "Settings".
02. Tap on "Accounts".
03. Tap on "Your email and accounts".
04. Tap "Add an account".
05. Tap "Other accounts POP, IMAP".
06. Enter your email address and password.
07. Tap the Sign in button.
08. Once you're signed in, open the Edge browser.
09. Visit http://www.gmail.com and log in to your Google account.
10. Open the message with the subject "Blocked sign-in attempt for security reasons"
11. Tap on the Allow Access button.
12. You will be forwarded to the Google security setting page. "Under the Access for less secure apps", select "Turn on".

Wait for the settings on the phone to update, and your Google account will work on your phone.

If you would like to have your Google Account contacts and calendar entries added to your phone as well, you will need to import your contacts and calendar from your Google Account to your Microsoft Account.

To import your Google contacts to your Microsoft Account, please follow the steps below:

09. Click on "Browse".
10. Locate the exported contacts file that you've downloaded from Gmail and select the file.
11. Click "Open".
12. Click "Save".

Wait for the Contacts to be added on your Microsoft Account.

For the Calendar events, follow the steps below:

02. Click on the Gear Icon on the top right corner of the page.

Seems this is the only semi workable solution for at least getting email in realtime. breaks calendar and contacts, and still leaves some other oath 3rd party apps broken. I hope a fix comes soon. This war has too much collateral damage.
