Do you have the Voice Recorder app installed?

I just checked my 950XL on the latest release preview and recorded a call. If you haven't used the app before, access to the recordings are thru the app.

Yes I have it.
I did use this app before updating to latest build and it worked. since the update it just gone.

Update: I just checked for updates and call recorder got one. Problem solved.
