Accounts Deleted Off 950XL

I turned on my 950XL today to find my recent call history gone and that all of my email accounts (with the exception of the default account I have the phone signed into) were gone. This has happened to me once before since getting the Creator's Update. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. I really dont want to hard reset my phone in fear of getting the other bugs that have been associated with the CU.
