Went in the other day to the MS store in San Antonio for my wife's 950XL. It keeps freezing and the screen is cracked. Well when we showed up, the guy told us to just reset the phone, and if that doesn't alleviate the issue, contact B2X. I cannot find anything about the Complete warranty being transferred to B2X. Not too long ago, say March, I used Complete and just received a refund of 649, but now I was told this. Anyone with a similar experience?
