Quiet Hours Not Activating

Quiet Hours can be set in TWO places (1) Cortana (2) Windows Central App. However, setting times in (1) seems not synced with (2), each shows a different time.:sweaty:

Furthermore, after one of latest updates, Quiet Hours no longer activates automatically at specified hours.:amaze::angry::grincry:

Is there any remedy to this issue? Thanks:grin:

I've had bugs where it has failed to activate before, but most of the time it works.

Reboot the phone is all I can advise.

Mystery solved:
I had previously disabled Cortana to run in background but when I noticed Quiet Hours stopped working I searched for Cortana to see its background status but could not find it in the list of apps. It took me more than 6 months to find it hiding under Settings>>System>>Battery>>Usage>>All Apps and after resetting it to run in background...tada!...Quiet hours came back to normal. Darn! Cortana not running in background was available only under <<All Apps>>...Thanks God I did not dump my Lumia 950XL in the Seine!
