I have a bluetooth keyboard that I've used with my Windows tablet (8.1 and 10). Don't know the brand, but it's been pretty solid.
I gave it a good charge, turned it on, and set it to pairing mode. (There is a little pairing button.) My Lumia 950 sees the keyboard and I press 'Tap to Pair'. It gives me 6 digits. I enter those on the keyboard and press Enter, and the status changes to Pairing then Connected. I go to try to type a text message, and nothing. I go back to the bluetooth screen and see:
Bluetooth Keyboard
Pairing
No lights on the keyboard. If I turn the keyboard off, the entry in the Bluetooth screen goes away.
When I turn the keyboard back on I see:
Keyboard
Pairing
Any thoughts? Is it just a cheap keyboard? Is it trying to download drivers (I don't have WiFi right now.)
