Is the Snapdragon 808 in Lumia 950 underclocked?

Asked friend to post Basemark OS 2 points from G4 and i noticed it makes 500 points moar in the cpu and gpu section than 950 even when they have the same chip. I was wondering where is the difference ? (950 wasnt throttling im 100% sure) Is the 950s cpu and gpu clocked lower or ?

I'm not sure but when I look at device info in that app its not correct. So it could possibly be that the app needs updated or tweaked for the 950. My scores were in the 1280 range.

I haven't used that benchmark, but I know Antutu doesn't work the same way on Windows mobile as it does on Android. I compared scores between my girlfriends V10 and my 950 and they didn't run the same tests at all and the 950 scored a lot lower. I think it would be hard to compare benchmarks between OS's because they are so different under the hood.
