USB Type C Car Charger BlitzWolf

I ordered the BlitWolf charger from amazon. it charges OK but when you cut the car off and the phone is connected to it. the phone starts beeping and the red light on the charger start blinking. i want to know if anyone experience this with their car charger and is it a warning to remind you the phone is in the charger or is this something that's messing the phone up and should get another car charger and if so any recommendations for a good car charger that has that similar style.thanks in advance.
