The 'Reply On The Fly' feature for Messaging is a useful tool, but I was able to use it while my phone (Unlocked Dual Sim, US) was locked. Is this a bug or an intentional feature? I can understand being able to change the volume/vibrate settings or turn on the camera, while the phone is locked, but being able to use "Reply On the Fly" doesn't seem secure. With the camera, you can't access photo albums or share photos without unlocking the phone first. Heaven forbid, if someone picks up your phone and decides to be your proxy and maliciously responds. Anyone else notice this?

    Feature I think.

Try going to Settings -> System -> Notifications & Actions -> Messaging -> "Keep Notifications Private on the Lock Screen"

That may do what you want.
