Text message and photo together

I can send a text to someone; I can send a photo to someone. Lumina 950 using Windows 10 on my device can not send them together. Photo gets removed each time when attempting to attach a photo and text and send together. All previous WIndows Phones I have owned allowed this together.

doens't help you specifically but I can do mms fine, with both text and picture on one message,on my 950XL. I'm on production windows 10, what one are you on?

Production Windows 10 - Unlocked Lumina 950 from local Microsoft store. I get the feeling this last week or so with this new phone that not all the testing they needed to do for W10 on the phone really got completed. Hopefully a update soon so solve a lot of what I see on these forums.
