Does anyone no why my phone won't attach a .MOV file? To a text message? I received this video from an iPhone user.

Text message attachments like videos are typically re-encoded to send as an MMS. As a MOV is not a native Windows file type, it likely cannot manage the file. If you save it as a MP4 you can probably then send and attach. The app 'transcoder' might be able to do that. But no guarantees.

The core problem is Apple using a proprietary MOV file format. The rest of the world uses MP4.
