I got my 930 replaced in warranty with a 950 "International Replacement version" last week.
I'm in South Africa so Cortana is not officially supported, but it worked fine on my 930.
Problem is I can't get it to work on the 950. I have tried setting everything to US, no go.
Tried everything to UK no joy. Atm I have everything setup as UK except the regional format (didn't make a difference when set to UK).
My regional, language and speech settings are as follows:
Can't remove any (pre-)installed languages, so don't know if that is a bug or just how the phones works.
I have tried soft and hard reset (no restore from backup) but nothing works
I'm not sure if it is the version of the phone that might not be Cortana "enabled', but don't think that is the case.
Everything is updated in the store and there in no phone/firmware updates available.
Haven't joined insider on the phone so this is standard released software.
Any suggestions to fix the problem?
