Phone prompting for a reboot

Something fairly new, if I shut my phone off, then turn it back on, a message pops up telling me that something has happened to my phone or my SIM card and a reboot is needed. This is an AT&T 950, OS: 10.0.10586.218, with FW: 01078.00038.16025.39033.

Anyone else seeing this?

I've seen this a few times. It keeps coming back if i choose to restart. My advice is: just ignore it, nothing to worry about.

I also get this message occasionally. Although I changed nothing my phone tells me otherwise...

replace your SIM card and the issue will go away.
