Not seeing free office 365 subscription offerany more?

When I checked the Lumia offer app a week or two ago, I saw that office 365 offer. I decided to leave it there and subscribe few days before the offer expires as I have active subscription now. When I checked the app just now, that office offer is gone, only an audiobook offer is available.

Anyone had this issue? Also, if I were to contact MS for this, does anyone know which department I should try? The general chatting system has not been very helpful for me in the past (other issues).

It should be there as it's on my 950XL, where are you?

I wouldn't worry if you have an existing O365 subscription as it adds it on your expiry date.

Same here. I was waiting for the offer to nearly expire, but it is no longer showing!

I'm in the U.S.
I should made it clearer that I'm now using university subscription, and I just wanted to make the claim with other account as... an offer is an offer, I feel like losing something if I'm not claiming it =)

Oh, it reappeared for me as well. I guess there happened to be a glitch when we happened to check it then
