Linking social apps on people hub newsfeed - twitter is missing

I have a L950 that works great (I assume this is the one good example?), although a while ago it stopped syncing Twitter and LinkedIn to the people hub. I still have the apps installed, and they work ok.
It is currently on the release preview (I think that right - not slow/fast ring).

Facebook still updates to the people hub ok. I can add social apps through the people hub, although that just sends me to the store. The only account that is available to show on the people newsfeed is Facebook.

I have also checked my twitter profile online and reset all the permissions, and tried re-installing the twitter app, and then a soft reset. Can anyone tell me if this is still supposed to work, or they have found a way of forcing it to reconnect? Thanks in advance.

People integration with Twitter hasn't worked for me in quite awhile either. It broke (or they stopped enabling it) somewhere along the way and it hasn't returned. Hopefully it does. I'm on the latest fast ring build.
