Do you have a problem with Netflix?

I haven't seen this mentioned so I'm not sure if it's me or a common problem.

I picked up a 950 (build 10586.318) and Netflix won't start on it. All I get is the black Netflix screen for about 10-15 seconds then it goes back to my app menu.

Does anyone have any fixes for this?:straight:

Couple suggestions, 1) try uninstalling Netflix and reinstalling from the Store. And 2) try a soft reset by holding power and volume down together for 10 seconds.

I've tried both reinstalling the app and soft resets but neither worked. I haven't tried a hard reset but I guess I'm going to have to.

I'm experiencing the same thing with Netflix app on 950 (build 10586.420). Tried reinstalling, moving from SD Card to device, rebooting - nothing worked. I also have a similar problem with the FXNow app.

I can get to Netflix on the phone by using Microsoft Edge... but it would still be nice for the App to work like it once did - without doing a hard reset.

Well after all this, it looks like even Microsoft can't help them figure out what is going on. This platform struggles at getting big name apps. With Netflix being one of the few, you would think Microsoft would be more worried and help them to a greater extent. This has become embarrassing. Over a month now.

It's now February 3, 2017 and the Windows Store "Netflix App" won't work still.

Attempted to uninstall/reinstall it, but to no avail. Thx, Microsoft for nothing!
