Improvements for windows hello

Slightly faster according to some. But the overall builds are quite stable at this point

For my uses, Windows Hello is too slow on my 950. I can enter a 4 digit pin more quickly than the time it takes the iris scanner to do its thing. Really would have preferred a finger print scanner.

Fails almost half of time, i use PIN, faster and more accurate!!

improvements have been made in insider builds, less use of battery also, can use windows hello and don't have to worry much about battery running down.
