[I will not catalogue all my issues since new a month ago and return to BX2.]

However it is now fully updated to V 10.0.14393.448

Now the glance screen will not display battery and charge icon.

I have lost my BT WiFi app so cannot log in to BT hotspots the app now does not work or able to re download on this build?

It also has difficulty logging in to hotspots and will not go to landing page just displays 'Connected no internet access'

Anyone any help or advice please.
Some searches revealed this is a known issue [or not]

Cheers Andy

if this is a new device and was updated recently you should consider a hard reset.

have you own a lumia before? why i am asking this is if you had then after a hard reset do not restore your backup and start afresh.

Hi.
Thanks for the prompt reply.

FYI just had another reply from MS COMMUNITY.
This is a result of the AU update.

FYI as well
All hard and soft resets done before BX2 returned it.
It then updated at last to .448
To hard reset again will set off all the AU updates all over again will it not?. I do not know.
Des the AU update.448 get saved?

It took 48 hours to download everything EVERY app had to be downloaded again after the AU then people hub Email and calendar deleted and re installed as it would not work after the update.
So not anxious to go through all this again.
Cheers Andy

PS Yes I am a previous MS WINDWS MOBILE user. About 10 years.
I had been installing back ups. The first time on this phone was terrible as the back up was in 8.1 format and upset the new 950.
The last was easy until AU 458 kicked in and upset/reset it all.

Hard reset will start you fresh in the last installed version, .448 in your case. All previously installed apps will be downloaded again...

If you choose to use WDRT, then it will set you back and you will have to go to the whole update process to AU again, including downloading all installed apps.

Hi KefKef.
Thanks for the update.
That is some crumb of comfort for when I do the next hard reset.
I have now had one week of stability.
After 6 weeks of numerous issues.

For what its worth Andy, although I have not encountered your issues, I have found .448 to be very stable with no crashes, no resets required, no issue that has bothered me significantly, things do seem to be settling down following some reports I've read about previous builds.

Hooray too soon.

When out and about will not log on to my usual WiFi hotspots.
Shows connected but NO INTERNET ACCESS.
tried a few settings got the log in urls and landing pages tried to manually set up but no.

Also notice one of the WiFi apps [BT-WiFi] I had gone and not available on the store anymore.

Thanks KefKef.
Yes tried it.
Found all the apps installed, the missing apps, [and all the old ones from W7 and W8.]

However the missing ones will not download?
Error message [Oops something went wrong at our end]

The second list then gives the Apps that will not work on W10 AU and there they all are as well.
Very strange. I did read somewhere that the BT app works on W10 it does not on W10 AU mobile.

Cheers Andy
